How to Give/Support

3 ways you can help support Camp: financial donations, volunteerism, and reaching out to the Sojourner’s Society

Donate

Camp Bethel is committed to maintaining a campground suitable for religious purposes and fostering the spirit of Christian fellowship among all people. Contributions will support the operations and activities critical to Camp Bethel’s mission.

Anyone who wishes to consider other types of gifts or specific designations are encouraged to discuss these with our President, David Apy.

Volunteerism

Camp Bethel hosts work parties on the third Saturday of every month throughout the Spring, Summer, and Fall. We do this because Camp needs constant TLC to keep it standing. A lot of these buildings are old, but we love them that way. Everything from painting, raking, and other repairs are done the old-fashioned way – by the community.

The Sojourner's Society

Each year we gather for Camp Meeting on the beautiful river to renew our faith by participating in the sharing of the Word and fellowship with others who believe in Christ Jesus as Lord and Savior.  As a way to proclaim your support of Camp Bethel’s mission, we encourage giving on a periodic or regular basis to the Camp Bethel Endowment.  You also can become a member of the “Sojourner’s Society” just like Chester Apy, Charlotte & Stuart Babcock, Warren Stone, Ruth Giles Coward, Donald Lockward, Donald Northrup, David Stephens, and Paul Giles, who named Camp Bethel as a beneficiary of their estate, life insurance policy or IRA, generously supporting the Endowment over the years.

Your blessings today can bless others tomorrow.  This is the purpose of the Camp Bethel Endowment.  Join current Sojourner Society members Al & Martha Durrell, Brooke Allison, Diana Evans, Dorie Giles, Gordy Van Guilder, Liz Van Guilder, Patti Burns Evans, Stuart & Charlotte Babcock, and Susan Babcock White in pledging to share Camp Bethel’s legacy with future generations by including Camp Bethel in your estate planning.

If you would like to give to the Endowment at any time or become a member of the Sojourner’s Society, please contact a member of the Endowment’s Board of Trustees, who are listed as “Staff” under the “About Us” tab. Thank you for your prayerful support of Camp Bethel’s long-term future.
